Maybe she's underwater?

But there are no air bubbles or seaweed...

She could be in space?

But wouldn't she need a space suit?

Maybe she is a witch who can fly?

But witches aren't usually nice, plus she doesn't have a broom.

So she's not underwater

So, she's not in space

So, she's not a witch

She's dreaming a home away from home.
