On a stage, capacity unknown

At a café, with different colored drinks

In a plane, heading towards humid summers and cool winters

Inside a hotel, having takeout for dinner

On a train ride, because those aren’t common

On the side of the rode, since the bus decided to have a flat

In Thailand, to enjoy the cinema

In India, to enjoy culture

At school, to enjoy my last year

At home, because it is brand new

With friends, because I don’t know when I’ll see them again.

Anahi Moreno (class of 23) will attend Salisbury University next year.
